  • Food Technology: Precision Knife Skills

    Our Senior School students were focusing on precision knife skills in their Food Technology classes during this week. Students learnt to Julienne thin matchsticks, Baton larger matchsticks and Macedoine dice vegetables. This was a challenging task for students.
