This year’s Auskick Program has been very well embraced by Junior School students from Years 3 to 6. Participation was free and voluntary, with the program running throughout this term as an after school program on Wednesday afternoons. Our Senior School students were focusing on precision knife skills in their Food Technology classes during this week. Students learnt to Julienne thin matchsticks, Baton larger matchsticks and Macedoine dice vegetables. This was a challenging task for students.
