Stalls for Art Exhibition

The College is proud to announce that we are organising our annual Art Exhibition on 18 November 2016 from 2.30pm to 5.30pm. We are having a number of Art and Craft stalls for fundraising. If you would like a stall at the market, please complete the attached form no later than Friday 21st October 2016 and return either by

• Dropping it off at the school office

• Scanning and sending it via email to pff@alsiraat.vic.edu.au.

There will be a cost of $30 to hold a stall (Tables and 2 chairs will be provided). All applications may not be accepted due to suitability requirements or multiple entries of the same product. Funds will need to be banked in once your application is successful. We will get in touch with you and provide you with banking details.

• Stalls held by students must have a parent supervising at all times

• No food Items (as the school will have this covered)

• No face Painting / Henna (as the school will have this covered)

• Stalls are not limited to arts and craft items, but are highly requested.
