We would like to share the following with our parent and wider community to acknowledge the positive attitude and input to our school environment by volunteering to keep our College grounds clean:
Aisyah Albakri and Layali Shawqy from Year 3B were both seem picking up papers voluntarily at recess and lunch yesterday. When I approached them to enquire why they were doing this voluntarily, the girls responded: "If we pick up papers before Friday, there will be less papers for Junior School students to pick up when we have to do our Clean Up Australia Day."
This was the most thoughtful thing to say, mashaAllah. Both girls will be acknowledged in this week’s Junior School Assembly for the rest of the students to see and take up their wonderful example.
