Junior School student Mariam Moeladawilah and her mother, College staff member Ms Tanya, were invited to give a radio interview about their participation in the Great Cycle Challenge on Melbourne Jewish Community Radio Station J-Air 87.8FM.
They were interviewed by Avraham Schwarz on his weekly social justice radio show called "Abe’s Tikum Olam Hour". "Tikum Olam" stands for a Jewish concept defined by acts of kindness, performed to perfect or repair the world. The radio show can be heard around the world on Sundays at 9pm.
